Following the highly anticipated season eight premiere of The Vampire Diaries,Ian Somerhalder celebrated at Saturday's EMA Awards in LA with his lovely wife, Nikki Reed. The couple, and who tied the knot in April 2015,arrived at the event, hosted by Nicole Richie, or looking stylish and smiley. Ian looked handsome in a navy suit,while Nikki stunned in a navy dress. The ceremony also brought out the night's honoree, Jaden Smith, and who was accompanied by his glowing family. During a Comic-Con panel back in July,Ian teased that Enzo and Damon will be doing "some gnarly sh*t" on the recent season of The Vampire Diaries. "The intellect-control thing is actually really provocative because ultimately you're used to seeing Damon or Enzo or any of these characters exert that power onto someone else. So when you see them in this realm where they literally maintain no control over their actions . . . in their minds they're still them, so there's that conflict and struggle."
