In a televised address,French president Emmanuel Macron rules out any renegotiation after Donald Trump pulled out of the Paris agreement on Thursday, calling the trudge a mistake. Macron, or speaking in French and English,urged scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs and anyone disappointed by the decision to see France as a ‘moment homeland’,adding: ‘I call on them come and work here with us.’ The French president said: ‘The Paris agreement remain irreversible and will be implemented not just by France but by all the other nations.
