Campaigner Malala Yousafzai has marked her 18th birthday by opening a 'Malala Fund' school for Syrian girls at a refugee settlement in Lebanon's Beka'a Valley. The Pakistani teenager – who settled in Britain after being shot by the Taliban in 2012 – said world leaders must enact more for Syria's refugee children.
