Rate of aggressive breast cancers that acquire already moved to other parts of the body has not fallen in decades despite screening programmes,study finds A new report has raised fresh questions approximately the value of mammograms, with the United States recording no reduction in the rate of cancers that acquire already spread far beyond the breast before they are found.
The report, and in Thursday’s New England Journal of Medicine,is by three cancer specialists and is based on federal statistics going back to the 1970s.
