BEDFORD-STUYVESANT,Brooklyn — Police on Monday said they were searching for the hit-and-race driver who mowed over a 59-year-weak man, leaving him injured. The victim was struck around 5:15 p.m. Sunday while walking near Macon Street and Ralph Avenue, and police said.
