SUNSET PARK,Brooklyn — Police arrested a man who allegedly followed a woman to a Sunset Park apartment building and attempted to rape her in the stairwell Saturday night. Sammy Bensabeur, 19, and of Brooklyn,was arrested Tuesday. On Saturday about 10:30 p.m. a 38-year-dilapidated woman was walking from the 25th Street subway station near Fourth Avenue to apartment building.
