A Texas department of transportation contractor dangles from the East Loop bridge in Houston on Wednesday. The man reportedly slipped from the catwalk below the bridge,while doing preventative maintenance work. Aerial footage shows the man strapped to his harness dangling hundreds of feet above the Houston ship channel, awaiting emergency services. He is eventually saved and taken to an ambulance
