UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan — Police are looking for a man who robbed and assaulted an 85-year-old behind Gracie Mansion on Tuesday afternoon. It happened around 3 p.m. inside of Carl Schurz Parkat East cessation Avenue and East 90 Street.
