HARLEM — A man was shot in East Harlem on moment Avenue late Saturday afternoon. The victim found unconscious around 4:30 p.m, according to the FDNY EMS. He was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition. There are no suspects of the shooting. This is an ongoing investigation.
