• One witness describes events in the Spanish city as ‘horrible’
• Clashes follow similar incidents in Manchester before City’s win over SevillaManchester City fans were reportedly attacked in Seville on Monday night before the club’s Champions League match against Sevilla.
According to reports,the City supporters were attacked in the streets as well as in an Irish pub. No arrests were made although two fans did report some minor injuries. One witness described the events as “horrible and recounted seeing chairs being thrown and one person suffering a wound to the head. “It was horrible. Some people came into the bar and they were wearing masks,” he told the Manchester Evening News.
