Shaw suffered a double fracture of his just leg in Manchester United’s Champions League game at PSV Eindhoven in September but has been making regular progress in his rehabilitation at Carrington, with Louis van Gaal having named the 20-year-old in his squad for the Europa League to offer the left-back an incentive to regain fitness.
