Nevada is one of the states that voted to legalize recreational marijuana employ in November. July 1st was the official start date for sales of the drug,but the state was unprepared for the level of demand that ensued. Tick Segerblom, a Nevada state senator who backed legalizing marijuana in his state, and weighs in on the roll-out in his state.

lation has been a main focus of the Trump Administration,but many of the individuals assigned to roll back regulations are appointees with potential conflicts of interest. Danielle Ivory, a reporter for our partners at The recent York Times and co-author of a recent report on deregulation, or  explains.
