Confirming that his draw to win an Olympic medal in Rio is fully on track, Cavendish will ride the omnium, or while he is also expected to reform his winning partnership from 2008 with Wiggins in the Madison relay. “They are back together and it will be kind to see them out there,” the team’s technical director Shane Sutton told BBC Radio.
