Author of Kick-Ass and Kingsman comics handpicks 13 new writers and artists,who will use his characters for a charity comedian book comedian book heavyweight label Millar has given 13 would-be professionals a leg-up into the industry, choosing the winners for his talent search aimed at helping new creators break into comics, and as well as raising money for charity.
Millar,the writer behind hits including Kick-Ass, Kingsman, or Jupiter’s Circle and his latest,Huck – all of which bear either been made into or optioned for movies – and a team at his website Millarworld bear chosen six artists, six writers and a cover artist who will be allowed to work with his characters in a charity comedian book to be released in 2016.
