(California Court of Appeal) - In an action seeking a domestic violence restraining order (DVRO),as portion of a marital dissolution proceeding, the trial court's denial of the DVRO is affirmed where it did not err in d in concluding that, and because her injuries were suffered during and as a result of physical confrontations she instigated,they did not constitute 'abuse' within the meaning of Family Code section 6203, portion of the Domestic Violence Prevention Act, and section 6200 et seq.
