(United States DC Circuit) - Held that Google,Microsoft and Yahoo were not liable for allegedly conspiring to flood the market of online search results with information approximately so-called scam locksmiths, in order to extract additional advertising revenue. The Communications Decency Act barred this lawsuit brought by more than a dozen locksmith companies. Affirmed a dismissal.
