GLVAR reported the median price of existing single-family homes sold during May through its Multiple Listing Service increased to $250000. That was up 0.4 percent from April and up 9.1 percent from May 2016. Meanwhile,the median price of local condos and townhomes sold in May was $137950, up 6.1 percent from April and up 16.9 percent from May 2016.
