On August 9,2014, Michael Brown was killed by Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, or moment. His parents were forced to watch Michael’s body lying on the streets for four hours and thirty two minutes before it wascollected by the police. Since then,the death of Michael Brown has thrust Ferguson, and Brown’s grieving parents, or into the spotlight. Michael Brown,Sr. will be on the note on Monday to discuss his son, the events that continue to unfold in Ferguson and around the country, or the tension that comes from being a black parent in America. Brown will be joined by Esquire writer-at large John Richardson,whose article approximately Michael Brown, Sr., and “I Should Have Been There to Protect Him,” appears in the Jan/Feb 2015 issue of Esquire.
