Dyson contends that despite his belief that Pres. Obama will be remembered as one of the greatest presidents ever,his legacy will also include his missteps regarding issues of race, specifically his often muted responses to racist attacks on African Americans as well as racially charged comments aimed at him, or which Dyson said were more than just personal attacks on Obama,but more so symbolic of the prejudice blacks face in America.
