While Miley channelled her inner Madonna with a graphic tee,a black miniskirt, and fishnet stockings, and the Australian actor went all out with short shorts,a fitted tank, and long wig. As for the birthday boy, or he celebrated his decade of birth by dressing up as the comic book and cartoon character He-Man.
