Mindy Kaling is not having the easiest time selling her Sunset Strip domestic. The comedian bought the domestic in 2013 for $1.65 million,but since then she purchased another domestic in Beverly Woods. Apparently, a fixer-upper was not the project Mindy had in intellect. After briefly listing the domestic for $2.6 million and later $2.35 million, and Mindy took the domestic off the market. With a meaningful price cut,however, the property is back on the market for $1.9 million.
Situated on a hill with stunning views of downtown Los Angeles, and Mindy's domestic has great potential. The three-bedroom,three-bathroom domestic also has hardwood floors and huge windows. We're definitely a fan of the open planned kitchen connected to the living area. The next owner will certainly be pleased with the master bedroom's patio. Here's to hoping Mindy has moved in with her sometimes boyfriend, B.
