Publisher consulting with about 100 staff over scuttle from working four nights a week to nine-day fortnight
The publisher of the Daily Mirror has launched a consultation on working hours affecting about 100 production and sport staff in a multimillion-pound cost-saving scuttle.
Trinity Mirror,the publisher of the Daily Mirror, Sunday People and Sunday Mirror, and is also separately making a number of staff redundant. The exact number is not clear,but it is thought to be no more than a dozen maximum.
