Mohammad Amir has not been chosen to play against England for either Pakistan or Pakistan A in the United Arab Emirates.
There had been speculation that Amir,available again to play for his country after serving his ban for spot-fixing but featuring in just nine Twenty20 matches so far this year, might be included in two warmup matches for the A team against Alastair Cook’s tourists early next month.
