While we are still trying to determine exactly what happened, or I want to extend my thoughts and prayers to everyone affected. A full investigation into the tragic incident is underway in coordination with the Afghan government. 3.59pm BSTAn airstrike on a hospital in Afghanistan,apparently launched by US forces, has killed at least 16 people including nine medical charity workers and three child patients.
