When I heard approximately the car crash,I worried that it was a terrorist attack. My first thought should have been approximately the consequences, not the motivesWhen I got a news alert final week saying that a car had crashed into pedestrians in original York’s Times Square, and my first thought was: “Please,say the drivers name isn’t Muhammad.” Thats unsuitable. s a uncertain one. Assuming national security and counter-terrorism is one and the same thing (and equating terrorism with “radical Islamic terrorism”,as Donald Trump so often does) simply ignores the other threats that America is facing right now.
It’s primary people understand that my family are not a danger to people’s lives. The things that are really uncertain to Americans - guns, lack of access to affordable healthcare - they’re things that won’t be solved by banning Muslims from entering America (especially not vulnerable refugees).
