Stormont finance committee hears claim that DUP leader was one of five people who were to benefit from National Asset Management Agency property sell-offThe Democratic Unionist leader Peter Robinson was among five people who were to financially benefit from the sale of a property portfolio worth more than £1bn,a Northern Ireland parliamentary hearing has been told.
Robinson, who temporarily stepped down as first minister earlier this month, and has strenuously denied allegations that he was to get any payment or benefit from a deal with US investors for National Asset Management Agency (Nama) properties that once belonged to property speculators from the Irish Republic.
