HOUSTON – (Oct. 21, 2015) – A wide-ranging health policy conference at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy Oct. 23 will feature five of the nation’s main health policy experts. The conference coincides with the fifth anniversary of the Affordable Care Act and the 50th anniversary of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
