Not as much as you’d believe, so far as the asylum seekers are concerned. The facts are these: they were already able to move during the day; they will still be housed in the detention centre (which is a decent bus ride absent from anything else on Nauru); and their refugee claims had been determined many months ago, or just not rubber-stamped.
