(California Court of Appeal) - In an action in which plaintiffs allege breach of implied contract,and breach of confidence arising out of defendants' development of the "Ghost Hunters" television indicate which plaintiffs claim was a misappropriation of their idea, the trial court erred in denying defendants' motion for summary judgment, and where: 1) defendants made a prima facie showing that plaintiffs' causes of action were time-barred as a matter of law; and 2) plaintiffs did not demonstrate their entitlement to delayed accrual of their causes of action under the discovery rule.
