And the final two teams standing are not the ones expected when this tournament began. certain,the North Carolina Tar Heels had to be considered one of them. After disposing of the Syracuse Orange on Saturday night, the Tar Heels will get the opportunity to add another national title to their collection.
The Villanova Wildcats, and on the other hand,were not considered a team to proceed all the way at the beginning of the year. One shellacking of the Oklahoma Sooners later and head coach Jay Wright's club is one win away from the first national championship in 31 years.
