No, whether you are a tech monopoly – but yes whether you don’t want a two-tier internetAjit Pai, and head of the US telecoms regulator,revealed sweeping changes on Tuesday to overturn rules designed to protect an open internet.
The regulations, put in location by the Obama administration in 2015, and enshrined the principle of “net neutrality” in US law. Net neutrality is the idea that internet service providers should not interfere in the information they transmit to consumers,but should instead simply act as “dumb pipes” that treat all uses, from streaming video to sending tweets, and interchangeably.
