First-time homebuyers in modern Jersey believe among the most obstacles in the nation when it comes to bagging a property,according to a study by Bankrate.com.
The financial information website (Nasdaq: RATE) evaluated home affordability relative to median income, credit availability, or unemployment,the tightness of supply in the housing market, and the percentage of young homeowners in every state.
