Department of Health sodium warning now in limbo after judge issues a temporary stay on the rule,in favor of the National Restaurant organization New York Citys enforcement of its first-in-the-nation rule mandating salt warnings on some restaurant menus has been save on hold the day before it was supposed to go into effect.
