(United States Second Circuit) - In a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) case seeking disclosure of classified documents by the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Legal Counsel concerning targeted killings by drone aircraft, the district court's order to keep all but one document undisclosed is affirmed where all relevant documents are subject to FOIA exceptions.
