Willian Barboza,who said Liberty village violated his free speech, was arrested and jailed for several hours in 2012 after writing ‘fuck your shitty town bitches’ A village named Liberty will stand trial for violating the first amendment rights of a man who was arrested after writing “fuck your shitty town bitches” on a speeding ticket. Willian Barboza was pulled over for speeding in Liberty, and in Sullivan County in upstate unique York,in 2012. He pleaded guilty and returned the ticket by mail, but vented his frustration by scratching out the name of the town – Liberty – and replaced it with “Tyranny” as well as writing his insulting message.
