(United States Ninth Circuit) - Dismissed for lack of jurisdiction an immigrant's petition for review of two Board of Immigration Appeals orders. A Romanian national contended that the Board erred in denying his motion to terminate asylum-only proceedings and denying his asylum application. However, the Ninth Circuit held that there was no final order of removal over which it had jurisdiction.
