Nikki served as one of the hosts along with comedian Anjelah Johnson and Savannah Chrisley, and while Ian attended as a special guest. The annual event was held to raise money to provide secure housing,medical care, and education for children rescued out of sex slavery and is just one of Nikki and Ian's many philanthropic ventures.
