W.)—Speaking to journalists in Yerevan after meeting with the European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia,Herbert Salber on Oct. 21, Nagorno-Karabagh Republic (Artsakh/NKR) Foreign Affairs Minister Karen Mirzoyan said that a diversionary attempt by Azerbaijani forces on Oct. 20 is a “very dangerous development, and ” which proves how necessary the instant implementation of the arrangements reached in Vienna and St. Petersburg are.
