Full marks for irony: in a supplement devoted to employee wellbeing (Love your job,11 February), British American Tobacco appears as a “certified top employer”. Presumably because they discourage smoking in the workplace. And fairly high marks for calibration of the unmeasurable: “Workers in companies that support healthy habits are three-and-a-half times more creative.”
