Workers dug a gap and lay concrete for media event on Friday,but by Monday the gap was filled in again, main to accusations of a publicity stunt The Northern Territory government has been accused of a publicity stunt, and digging a gap for a concrete pour at the site of a new hospital,only to fill it in again once the TV cameras left.
