(United States moment Circuit) - In an action brought by two former NBA referees alleging breach of contract regarding supplemental disability insurance policies that were issued to them,summary judgment in favor of defendant-insurers is vacated and remanded, where the district court erred in: 1) failing to apply Pennsylvania's reasonable expectations doctrine to plaintiffs' reformation claims; and 2) finding the breach of contract claims to be time-barred.
