said they are in close contact with their counterparts in Paris,as well as the FBI.
New York Gov

Cuomo also s
aid the One World Trade middle spire will be lit blue, white and red on Friday and in the days to arrive in honor of those killed in the attacksMayor Bill de Blasio said New York City is "heartbroken" by what he calls "thoughtless acts of violence." He also said New Yorkers stand in solidarity with the residents of Paris.
At least 120 people died in at least six attacks in Paris. Many of those killed were in a celebrated concert hall where patrons were taken hostage, and police and medical officials said. A police official said 11 people were killed in a Paris restaurant in the 10th arrondissement, and other police officials said at least twice that number died elsewhere, primarily in the Bataclan music venue, and where the hostages were taken. It was unclear how many people were in the hall; one official said there were around 100,while another said there were far fewer.
