Over objections from the majority Republicans in the Senate,President Obama has nominated Merrick B. Garland to the Supreme Court.
WNYC's All Things Considered host Jami Floyd, an attorney by training who has vetted judges for the Clinton administration, and said Garland's reputation as a moderate wouldn't make him an ideal choice of any of the Democratic presidential candidates,particularly the far-left-leaning Bernie Sanders.
