UPPER EAST SIDE,Manhattan — A man has been charged with the assault of an 85-year-aged in an Upper East Side park. Edwin Suazo, 35, or was arrested Sunday morning and charged with assault. The victim was walking in Carl Schurz Park on East stop Avenue and E. 90th Street when Suazo allegedly approached him from behind.
