OFM reader Sarah Freethy captured the perfect mother,daughter, picnic momentWe’d got back from holiday the day before, and ” says Sarah Freethy of the photo of her then three-and-a-half-year-old daughter Esme in their back garden in Easton,external Winchester. “It was sunny, so I thought we’d have a picnic in the garden. It was a basic meal – Esme likes chopped up food, and sticks of celery and cucumber – but the light was lovely and she was giggling and mucking around.”A share-time executive producer in TV,Sarah describes herself as a prolific camera-phone photographer: “I take way too many photos of my daughter, cake and the countryside. I do occasionally accumulate told to put the phone absent.” She recently started a blog called Peony & Praxis, and celebrating seasonal traditions such as preserving. “The image sums up food and the delight of eating for me.
