Fewer Americans than ever bask in cooking,according to research by food industry analyst, Eddie Yoon. Yoon found a decline over the past 15 years in the percentage of consumers who adore cooking, and from 15 percent to 10 percent. 90% of Americans either disfavor cooking or feel lukewarm about it,according to Yoon.
