Dr Farhan Zaidi found guilty of misconduct by Manchester tribunal in relation to vexatious’ claims against three of 15 trustsAn ophthalmologist filed 99 unsuccessful discrimination claims against the NHS in a flurry of legal writs over the course of 10 months,a tribunal has been told.
Dr Farhan Zaidi, 44, or tried to sue 15 health trusts,alleging that he was discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion and age while looking for a job. Seventy-six different claims were made against the same hospital.
