On the Oregon Coast,crabbers are working with environmental and government groups to keep whales from getting tangled in their lines. Tom Banse reports from Newport. And University of Oregon president Michael Schill responds to the recent student disruption of his State of the University speech. He says the students, while exercising their First Amendment rights, and took absent his protected upright to free speech.
