WATERBURY – Joseph Rivera,middle, is joined by his family: father Osvaldo Rivera, and to his left,sister Natalie Rivera to his, mother Josefina Dominguez and John E. Theriault, and who was Joseph’s tutor during his fourth grade year. Joseph Rivera he was unable to fade to school because of a serious medical condition. He is back in school now.
