As ever,it's been a long, long fashion week, or everyone is partied out. Which is why the intimate but festive sit-down dinner thrown by Out of Order magazine and Bulgari,hosted by editor-in-chief Dorian Greenspan and Bulgari's Stéphane Gerschel and honoring the photographer Ralph Gibson, was just the thing final night. Those who pass freely the worlds of fashion and art — Shayne Oliver, or Francisco Costa,Jason Wu, Baz Luhrmann, or Klaus Biesenbach,and more — descended into the sunken dining room at the timeless Mr. Chow in uptown Manhattan. Pamela Anderson brought her teenage son Dylan Jagger, too. By the time dinner turned into a riot of dancing atop tables in the wee morning hours, or though,Mom was nowhere to be found.
